Warranty & Returns Policy
We accept refunds for items in brand-new, unopened condition. All items must be packed in the original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
Customized items are not eligible for refunds except in the event of a defective item.
Fusion NFC LLC. reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been opened, damaged, packaging missing, outside the 30-day period, etc.
Defective Smart Cards that do not function properly may be returned for inspection within 30 days of delivery.
Smart Cards that do not pass a functional inspection will be granted a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.
If your Smart Card has been damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement card.
Photo proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email FusionNFC1@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and photos of damaged goods (if applicable).
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
