Warranty & Returns Policy

  • We accept refunds for items in brand-new, unopened condition. All items must be packed in the original packaging.

    • Return requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery.

    • Customized items are not eligible for refunds except in the event of a defective item.

    • Fusion NFC LLC. reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been opened, damaged, packaging missing, outside the 30-day period, etc.

  • Defective Smart Cards that do not function properly may be returned for inspection within 30 days of delivery.

    • Smart Cards that do not pass a functional inspection will be granted a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.

  • If your Smart Card has been damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement card.

    • Photo proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email FusionNFC1@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and photos of damaged goods (if applicable).

    • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
